Please note, in order for clients to be seen for therapy services I need to receive your insurance and intake information in Headway. After booking with ZocDoc, I will send you necessary information via Headway which I use for ongoing scheduling and billing purposes. For private pay clients, the fee is $100 per session and your billing information will need to be up to date in Headway before the first session. Your appointment may be canceled if I do not receive your intake and insurance/billing information. At this time, I do not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans. I am not able to prescribe medications, you are booking services for counseling/therapy when you book with me.
