To say that Defne’s practice has saved a really important relationship to me is an understatement.
My partner and I’s attachment styles were creating a lot of unhappiness and conflict on an otherwise very fulfilling and happy love.
Defne helped me understand my partner and I’s attachment styles and how we contribute to the “dance” of conflict.
She was always responsive with rescheduling and her schedule windows are accommodating of those working 9-5s.
I learned a lot about psychology and how the mind works.
Defne is kind and smart- she communicates complex psychology terms into very cute metaphors.
She is queer friendly, ENM friendly, and nonjudgmental.
