Dr. Garcia made me feel as if we had been friends for years. She was warm and personable. She gave clear and easy to understand information when it came to all of my concerns. I drive from Miami to Boca because the level of care is second to none.

Made us wait for an hour because they were having trouble with my insurance and then said I had to wait another half hour so they could take care of other patients that had later appointments. Stupid people, no professionalism, decency or value for anyone’s time. This is not how you run a business.

I inadvertently booked the office across town and when I tried to get to the correct office, which was 15 minutes away they told me i would not be seen due to their 10 minute grace period. It was not clear on Zoc Doc which office I selected so that is my fault but it was an obvious mistake and they could have been more accommodating. As a result I will not use Zoc doc or this office again
