I have been seeing Andres Fraga for several years. I was nervous meeting someone new to help with my mental health and medication management. The first appointment I was greeted with a warm welcome, and have been since. Mr. Fraga is thorough, I never go in and get a "here's your meds, see you in x months", he always asks how I'm genuinely doing. We talk about how my medications are working, do they need to be adjusted/changed, are there new things that may be affecting my mood. He brings up specific things that I've mentioned before and asks about those things as well, and always if I'm still using the coping strategies that I have been or what other things may help (like adding yoga to my daily routine, drinking chamomile tea to help me relax, ect.). I never feel like my appointments are rushed, he takes time to provide the best care. I cannot say enough good things about the genuine care provided.
