Dr. Vital was very proactive in trying to figure out why I was having such a severe allergic reaction. He wanted to get me immediate relief and came up with an action plan quickly. The nurse was really great at giving injections.

Excellent experience with my first allergy testing. Dr. Vital was knowledgeable, patient, and explained the process and results clearly. The appointment was on time, the staff was friendly, and I never felt rushed. I appreciated how thoroughly my questions were answered. Highly recommend.

Carlos was amazing! He went above and beyond during my appointment—extremely charismatic, attentive, and genuinely took the time to understand all of my needs. I left feeling informed and empowered to better manage my allergy and asthma issues. I even experienced immediate relief after my visit! The entire staff was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I truly enjoyed my experience at this office and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend Carlos and his team!

I found Dr. Vital's entertainer-like personality to be offensive; I visited him for a serious health issue, not to be entertained. His bedtime manner's are awful; he kept burping on my face, and his hands were unpleasantly wet when we shook hands. The test results were not clear, and he was in such a rush that I could not get any clarifications from him. Worthless and awful experience.

It was my first time going to Dr. Vital. He was absolutely incredible! He definitely knows what he knows, but in a way for the patient to understand. He gives very, very thorough explanations and examples. He is a real and keeps it 100! He genuinely cares about his patients that he treats. It's not just a drive-thru that is a " go in, talk about symptoms, get medication, then leave." Absolutely not, he wants you to be informed and know what you are taking and why, why your body is the way it's reacting, and just tells you ways on to help yourself without medications. Definitely recommend!
The only down side was that, I had submitted forms through Zocdoc, but I had to still fill out forms at the office. So the wait time took longer. Other than that, fantastic Doc and team!

A first-time visit to this office. I was Extremely impressed with the precision as to which new patients are brought in, history collected, initial tests performed, then met with the Physicians assistant to discuss needs, and lastly to meet with the doctor to discuss path forward. This is a role model office staff, doctor, and set of patient processes. I couldn't be more impressed...Amazingly impressed! Staff, physicians asst., and doctor were great listeners, friendly, and extremely informative.

For the first time a visit to the doctors office was not so crucial. It only took a few minutes while I finished up my paper work. Right away they took me in. All the staff was super friendly. The doctor and how assistant were a pleasure to speak with. My experience was great.

Well just ask my Facebook friends I told EVERYONE about him. My Grandson that I ADORE will soon be one of his patients, so I think that says it ALL. He's GREAT, and his staff is a REFLECTION of his leadership. They are a BEAUTIFUL GROUP! My Doctor for life. I'm also after one day feel 90% BETTER! The test are UNCOMFORTABLE, but I'm alive, and I'm ALIVE (I was feeling DEAD). My husband said I Slept like a baby for the first time in a week! Thanks Dr. Vital you're my new BEST FRIEND ( Me & My NOSE). You ROCK....

I found Dr. Vital off of ZocDoc since I am from out of state and didn't know anyone that knew of an allergist. I just went off of the reviews and am very glad that I did. Be aware of the payment to park in the medical center- I ended up exceeding the time and had to pay $9 but do feel that it was worth it for the lengthy time he spent with me personally explaining and double checking results and making me feel comfortable with my new situation and plan going forward. Dr. Vital is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft and the best feeling in the world is walking out of a doctor's office having results in one way or another, good or bad, so that you know and have piece of mind. So many other doctors had me leaving feeling lost without any answers. I have already booked my next follow up visits and am excited at how confident Dr. Vital feels about fixing my current situations. I wanted to make sure anyone who goes on here searching like I did would see my recent review and how great I left feeling.

Dr. Vital is excellent.. I had been having some serious health issues that involved fibromyalgia and some neurological issues. The family doctor, internet, and even neurologist had no answers.. All the tests showed no issues.. I decided to go get my allergies checked and Dr. Vital found that everything I had been experiencing was from allergy inflammation.. Not only did he display excellent knowledge of his specialty, but he made me feel like family.. Didn't rush me, took his time and answered all my questions and reStored my piece of mind..

He's an awesome doctor!!! Houston is blessed to have this doctor in the city. The enery and passion he has about his craft is contagious. I feel like a new women because of his expertise. He takes time with you, makes you comfortable, is really concerned about your well-being, and that you understand why you are suffering from the ailments. Again I feel like as new women. No more taking all these otc drugs for my allergies. What he does to you works. Dr. Vital is the best allergist I know and I've been to a few. He knows what he is talking about and takes pleasure in making sure you get well.

My visit with Dr. Vital was excellent.
The problem was that none of my medical Hx and other documents that I filled out online with ZocDoc were received by his office. His staff told me this has been a problem for a long time.
So - why would you have me waste time completing your forms that don't get to his office?

Outstanding doctor!!! Outstanding staff!!! First visit was absolutely great. I had my meds and questions list. All my questions were answered. I am getting top level care from this team of professionals. Doctor Vital has an excellent bedside manner. He listens most of all he listens. Dr. Vital is VERY EFFICIENT, ACCOMMODATING, AND PROFESSIONAL. He got me well and I am feeling great. He skin tested me and was able to immediately tell me what I am allergic to. He explained it in a way I was able to fully understand. He gave me a diet plan to help with my allergies, medicines, and I am feeling better. He did all of this in one visit. GREAT DOCTOR AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!!

Treated me as a whole person not just a list of symptoms. Have been struggling with allergies and other health issues for years and Dr. Vital was able give me a diagnosis that finally makes sense. He was able to understand and relate to what I was going through. I felt better after the first appointment and will continue returning for treatment. ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. HE IS TRULY AN EXPERT IN ALLERGY, ASTHMA, AND FOOD ALLERGY. DR. Dr. Vital came to my rescue years ago when I didn't have any idea of the extent of my allergies.
I suffer from asthma (that I didn't know I had), allergies and constant sinus infections. During my first examination, my doctor really listened to my entire, long medical history and asked me many questions.
He seems to really care about his patients and did his best to make me feel comfortable.
I have recommended Dr. Vital and all of Vital Allergy & Asthma Center to my family and friends and will continue to do so for years to come.

Dr. Vital is amazing. Very unique doctor. Saw him about a week ago and he did a great job of treating my skin rashes. He told me how allergy testing and treating my allergies could help my skin improve and my skin looks great. He took the time to listen to me, and gave me confidence that he would improve my health. Dr. Vital is awesome, empathetic, encouraging, and truly a special one of a kind doctor. I have already made my follow-up appointment.

The people behind the desk and nurses were all very kind and professional! Dr. Vital was professional and diagnosed and treated me properly, later that day I was feeling great! Dr. Vital was very nice and put considerable effort into his discussions with me. He has a very amiable disposition. However, I felt his mannerisms were a bit over-the-top, almost silly. (e.g. Frequent high-fives and awkwardly elaborate handshakes, the sort of thing befitting a high school student.) I also felt his medical explanations were a bit simplistic, even for a layman such as myself. (Stating more than once that he would "cure" me of my allergies, something obviously impossible.) All in all, while his friendliness is great, he did not inspire me with much professional confidence and I won't be returning.
