Unfortunately did not have a good experience. I waited over a week for a response due to her being on vacation. There should still be staff or someone on standby to answer questions. Even when she was back, my prescriptions was sent incorrectly TWICE. NBI went to a new provider and she was able to send them in same day and correctly. Upsetting that I wasted a month of my time trying to get healthy when I could have been with a more productive provider.
