I signed up to be seen about one of the options listed that he was experienced in, then during the call was told they could not help me with the very thing he said he was experienced in… a complete waste of money if you ask me, wasn’t much money but still, don’t waste your time especially if you’re looking for something mental health wise.

I logged on to my virtual appointment at 1:25 p.m. I waited until 1:40 and my doctor never joined the call. Once I disconnected from the virtual platform at 1:47 I received a call stating that the doctor was behind. I had this appointment scheduled at that time so that I could be seen due to my job time constraints. I was not able to be seen. On the phone call I was told it would be at least 2:15 before I could be seen.

Office was completely unaware of why I made the appointment was persistent on me showing up in person when I clearly made a video visit when they insisted on me coming to the office they had no clue that I live 200 miles away just completely unorganized and no one answered the video call
