Got sent a text reminder for another patent at a different time. Doctor didn’t do anything to fix my issue.

I logged on to my virtual appointment at 1:25 p.m. I waited until 1:40 and my doctor never joined the call. Once I disconnected from the virtual platform at 1:47 I received a call stating that the doctor was behind. I had this appointment scheduled at that time so that I could be seen due to my job time constraints. I was not able to be seen. On the phone call I was told it would be at least 2:15 before I could be seen.

Office was completely unaware of why I made the appointment was persistent on me showing up in person when I clearly made a video visit when they insisted on me coming to the office they had no clue that I live 200 miles away just completely unorganized and no one answered the video call
