Located within Sterling Heart Care, Vitality Counseling Center is a counseling private practice specializing in the intersection between physical and mental health. We are happy to coordinate care with your other providers and assist you in connecting with additional providers as needed. VCC is owned by Natalie Fraize, an LMHC with over 5 years of experience working with clients to address anxiety, depression, anger management, work stress, bipolar disorder, insomnia, chronic pain and illness, and the impacts of mental and physical illness on family relationships. VCC is accepting new clients and offers individual, family, and couples therapy.
