Vitality Urgent Care serves patients in Buffalo Grove, Lake Zurich, and many surrounding communities. Founded in 2014, our mission is simple: fast, reliable, and patient-focused urgent care for our community — 365 days a year, including holidays.
We treat kids and adults for a wide range of conditions, in person or by virtual visit. Short waits and friendly staff.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not prescribe controlled substances — including stimulants (Adderall, Ritalin), benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium), or opioid pain medications. Please follow up with your primary care provider for these needs.
We treat: Cold & flu, COVID-19, strep throat, sinus infections, ear infections, pink eye, bronchitis, UTIs, yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, STI testing & treatment, rashes, hives, eczema, allergies, asthma, nausea/vomiting, fever, headaches, migraines, back pain, sprains, minor injuries, lacerations, and dehydration.
Additional services: DOT physicals, sports & school physicals, women's health, lab work, blood tests, digital X-ray, IV fluids, wound care & stitches, and more.
We accept most major insurance plans and offer affordable self-pay options.

I recently visited Vitality Urgent care with my daughter, and the entire experience was top-tier from start to finish.
The online registration process was incredibly convenient; it allowed us to provide all the necessary information ahead of time, which made the check-in process at the front desk completely seamless. Once we arrived, the intake was straightforward and well-organized, and we were seen by the doctor impressively fast.
Beyond the efficiency of the staff, the urgent care itself is beautiful, which certainly helps create a more calming environment. If you’re looking for a hassle-free medical visit, I highly recommend this facility.
