Excellent experience both times. Whole staff is friendly. Doctors and nurses ask a lot of questions and genuinely care about patients. I feel comfortable coming here and I love how I get answers to questions I didn't know I had. Highly recommend

The wait was long 1:30 to be specific after been checked in . Had waited 30 after taking covid specimen. Found I had covid but all vital were not done they didn’t take my oxygen level which ended up dropping .
In the good side you can access your portfolio in your phone .

We travel from Savannah Georgia to Allen Texas to visit our daughter family.After two weeks, we had a bad cold or some kind of allergy and very bad cough.I searched online and foud Zocdod and this doctor office with available appointment , so I book appointments for my wife and myself.
The office staff is friendly,helped us get through what needed before seeing the doctor.
After asking our past symptoms, we have prescriptions sent to the pharmacy we choose,the only cough medicine not ready until next day.
Anyway,we are impressed with this Vitals Family Medicine.I would recommend to anyone who needs immediate health care.

Dr Shyam if fantastic. Both of my kids have seen her and we liked her from the start. I love that she talks to them directly and not just to me like they aren’t there. Recently my son had a more major medical issue and Dr Shyam went above and beyond getting him to the right Drs to treat him. You will be very pleased with her.

At MD Shyam Roopam's office, making an appointment, getting seen, treated and back on your way, is eaiser/quicker than walking up 10 stairs. That was important to me alone. But once meeting Dr. Roopam, she became the most stress free, helpful, understanding, friendliest Doctor I think Ive ever had. And Ive had tons since my early, esrly years simce my diagnosis of adhd/add. Ive been dreading getting back on treatment since I had my baby bc its hectic for me to actually leave my house amd talking over the phone. But Dr Roopam made it all simple and in an instant. Dont have insurance.?Pay out of pocket. Need same or next day? Zocdoc or call her office. AND because I had my baby and no help, she even helped me out during my EKG and kept an eye out until done. She is what the doctor world needs more of. Thank You!!!

This is my first time going to Mrs Shyam . Office is clean and pleasant . amazing bed side manner and she puts you at ease to voice over any concerns about health . Even if they are minor . Definitely recommend her and will be going back for sure.
