I am a brand-new dental patient, and my initial encounter with the staff and Dr. Hovsepyan was truly delightful. I find myself extremely comfortable. I am eagerly anticipating my next appointment.

Staff is rude. Told them I might be a little late and they tried to cancel because they’re “very busy” — they weren’t. Still arrived on time. They did 15 X-rays (this was a cleaning) and lost their patience with me for gagging on the machine. Should be noted that they would put this thing in my mouth, walk to another room, then take the picture, so this this was in my throat for 10+ seconds every single time. They told me I didn’t fill out all the forms and asked me to do it on my phone, then the dentist seemed offended that I was filling out the form while talking to her. She also greeted me by saying “So you’re the patient who’s been giving my staff so much trouble.” I’m a polite, easygoing guy and told her I wasn’t trying to be difficult. Then they tried to sell me on 8 months of Invisalign. I’ve already had braces twice and am almost 30. My teeth are also fine. My bite isn’t perfect, but they’re straight and white. I just needed a cleaning. Don’t go here.
