The minute I walked into the Doctor's dark, shadowy office...I was wondering if I had been had. They take cash or check only...which is really suspect. The office paperwork is illegible...the assistants all give off this "don't say anything bad, he might hear you" vibes. Then...after waiting 25 minutes, I was escorted into the examination room. The nurse took my weight (sorta...didn't note it or tell me what it was), and took my blood pressure (as in squeezed the little bulby thing and let it go) - and never told me my BP. The examining room was sparce and looked less like a doctor's office and more like what a community theater art director's impression of a doctor's office was. Posters were crumpled, faded or torn. The examining table was probably from the 1940's-50's and had linens on it that looked more like they belonged in a kid's slumber party...oh yeah, and I won't mention the mystery stains on the table. I didn't even wait for the Dr. - I trusted my instincts. DO NOT SEE HIM!
I did not like the answer that was given as to the reason why they did NOT answer the phone between 12:30 and 1:30 which coincidentally , which was not the time that I called... And furthermore thing you were at lunch is the reason why you didn't answer the phone he's not being proactive with your customer service.,

Dr Jain had all the hallmarks of an amazing professional doctor. He was thorough. He was kind. He was knowledgeable and he took his time to understand what my health concern was. You just don’t get very many doctors like this anymore. It is such a relief to finally see someone that knows what they’re doing and is wanting to collaborate with me on my healthcare. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Jain (and his office staff were wonderful too!)

Dr. Jain was incredibly rude and condescending during my appointment. He mocked me for having questions about my health and when I asked him and his office to share test results that had been sent to him from another lab, he refused and insisted that I had to book another appointment to access my results. Unfortunately, I would not recommend such a shady doctor that doesn't prioritize patients before profits.
Why was I required to pay in cash? Why did the doctor not fix my ingrown toenail but give me antibiotics (i found out the next day it wasn’t infected)

My doctor went above and beyond to help me and was very nice.

I would avoid this doctor at all costs. Office could not properly order blood tests which made me to come back to office to order missing tests and then provider asked to pay full deductible again even though it was paid on first visit. Doctor was also rude communicating to us so we gave up and decided to use another doctor.

They required me to take a Covid test at a separate pharmacy before my appointment and told me to call them back when I got my results because their office doesn’t have Covid tests. When I called them back to tell my negative results, they said that their office is closing so I have to schedule the appointment at another time. I had to drive over 45 mins and waste another 30 mins because of their covid test requirement just to be sent home in painful condition without being treated. Wish they told me their office was closing soon before they had me take a Covid test. And if they are going to impose a covid test requirement onto their patients, they should be the ones providing them whether charged or not. What kind of doctor’s office don’t have COVID test especially if they require their patients to get one? Don’t come here

Dr Jain was amazing listened to all of my concerns and was so sweet! I have been struggling with ear infection problems for months now. I finally feel like a doctor is listening and getting me the help I need. Thank you!

She would talk over me, she wouldn’t listen to the answers I did give. When I told her I was only really eating a few things she said good you’ll lose weight that way in the lobby in front of people. She was more focused on me losing weight than what the health issue was.
The doctor was extremely rude. At one point she asked me if I was thinking. I tried to explain my insurance situation, but she wouldn't let me finish my sentences. The office was very dirty and sad looking. I'm glad I didn't get treated by this doctor. She's also extremely hostile toward her employees.
Was not listened to as a patient-repeated myself multiple times in my answers and the purpose of the appointment. Was told EKG was mandatory even though no complaints of shortness of breath, irregular heartbeats or any other symptoms.
I am usually very hesitant of doctors, I've had many bad experiences. This visit I was nervous and my nerves picked up due to the extended wait time. However! Dr. Jain was amazing. I had a very informative visit, I can tell the wait times are only due to the fact that she takes her time to ACTUALLY listen to her patients. She was very supportive and informative, even within the first moments of us speaking. She ordered several much needed tests and got be booked two weeks out for a follow up appointment. Donna the receptionist was also very sweet and helped me feel more at ease.

Dr. Vinita Jain was so friendly and kind! She is very thourough, I've had an ongoing issue that doctors before her had dismissed because my bloodwork came back fine. She ordered additional testing, which really stood out to me! She recieved my annual bloodwork and gave great advice on how to improve my results. She was also able to see me fairly quick, prior to this I was having a hard time finding a new GP that didn't have a two month wait. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Vinita Jain and happy that I've found a new GP!

She was by far the most thorough doctor I have ever encountered. I recently moved here and was not expecting to find my go-to doctor so quickly but I am so incredibly thankful for her already because she has been so incredibly thorough and well beyond my expectations. So many doctors ask “what brings you in today?” And leaves the experience with simply that, this was not her. She noticed things like my acne and paid attention to detail and paid attention to ME and what I actually NEED. ?? Thank you so much!!! So responsive and knowledgeable and experienced as well! 10/10!!!
