Art therapy is personal, with no single formula for success, and no art experience is needed—just an open mind and curiosity. I’ll guide you with materials and techniques to help achieve your unique goals. My aim is for you to feel understood and seen, both by me as your therapist and yourself. Together, we’ll build a meaningful relationship with yourself, explore your goals, and nurture creativity for deeper self-expression. I’m an art therapist (ATR) and licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). I work with children, teens, and adults, specializing in women’s issues, gifted teens, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
