The staff were exceptional with the service they were supposed to provide. The only concern I have was Privacy of Information. The waiting area was filled with about 10 people , wherein the conversations exchanged in the intake area/ registration area can be heard by the people in the waiting area. Informations like full name, birthdate, complete address and phone number which definitely poses possibility of stealing this very sensitive informations. This has to be addressed in my opinion.

Made appointment for 9.40 was not brought into a room until 10.50 very nice people - when u feel unwell the last thing u want to do is sit in an office for 2 hrs. The place is really nice and people were great it’s the time and no one was in the waiting room.

Upon arrival at scheduled time, front staff said that Zocdoc appointments are treated the same as walk-ins, and there were five patients ahead of me.

Easy to book, but waited over an hour. Front desk staff & nurse were friendly & helpful. Doctor was not very nice or helpful. He was actually googling medicines I could take for a severe cold while pregnant, which I could obviously do myself. I left with nothing, so it was a waste of 2 hours all in. I most likely will not go back.

My appointment was at 845 am. my wait time to see the doctor was over 90 min. 1 hr in the waiting area and close to 30 min in the examination room. The doctor was friendly and professional, but the wait time needed to be better managed for those who made an appointment.
