My path to counseling first travelled through sports with seeing many different shapes, sizes and skills of people. While you can't see a person's brain, it too has many different skills and approaches to life where a cookie cutter mindset is not going to work. I individualize the application of therapy tools to each person's motivations and thinking styles.
