The optometrist was excellent she listened carefully, addressed all of my concerns, and made me feel heard during my exam. Unfortunately, the front office experience was disappointing. Only one staff member was welcoming. The woman who wears a mask was rude no greeting, no thank you, and I had to ask for my receipt. It felt very transactional. The staff member helping with contacts was friendly until I said I wanted to think about purchasing a year’s supply. After that, his attitude noticeably changed. It came across as sales-driven rather than patient-focused. The doctor was great, but the front office professionalism needs improvement.

Starting with the receptionist, every one was friendly and kind. The technician did some tests, explaining every step of what she was going to do. The doctor came in bearing a nice smile. She asked questions to understand my issues and proceeded exam my eye to see what my problem was. Once she decided what was wrong with my eye, she explained the steps to follow to get my eye healthy again. The doctor also told me to come back if my troubles came back.
