The front desk receptionist was unprofessional and negative in her interaction with myself a first time patient, however the excellency of the dentist and his assistant was a welcomed contrast. And are the reason I must give a positive rating, which begins only after interaction with the crass receptionist.

I got my root canal treatment done here . .The office staff was professional, pleasant ,helpful and welcoming .. During my treatment the doctor was very concerned about minimizing the pain. Numbing gel was placed first, then a few shots (and anyone with experience knows that these HURT-- I barely felt ANYTHING from the shots!. My mouth was numb after about 15 minutes and I did not feel any pain at all during the procedure.. I was extremely nervous initially however the Dr. and the staff comforted me and answered every question I had . The staff was super friendly ,polite and sympathetic .They also gave me an estimate on my treatment . . . It's nice to have such a caring place when needed. I would recommend Dr. Thomas Cholankeril a million times. . .

The energy in this office is amazing. From the warm smile of the lady at the front desk to the friendly but professional dentist I left feeling great.
Even when it came to a root canal, staff consoled me as a cried because of a fear of needles.
I have been saying I hate the dentist for years, but after these last experiences I might have a whole new out look on dental care.
Also the short waiting time is a relieve- I'm always anxious coming to the dentist and not having to wait helps lower anxiety a ton!
I highly recommend!

This is the first time I've ever had a pleasurable experience with a dentist. When he first came into the room, he had a conversation with me as though I was just another person ad not just a mere patient. He was very friendly and was open to answering as many questions I had for him. The procedure was painless, and I'm going to get my fillings done with him very shortly. I'm very pleased with the service I received and, will recommend everyone I know to go to his office.
