In some ways, one could say that chiropractic care is a bit like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work together correctly. When building a house, if you tried to build your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually may even collapse. If you tried to build your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. These concepts apply to your body as well, and chiropractic care addresses many common reasons why people experience pain and other health issues. If something is not right with your body's foundation, than that needs to be addressed before true health can be achieved. With chiropractic care, your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.

First time coming here and I’m so glad I decided to come. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the doctor himself is very knowledgeable. He diagnoses my problems and explains how the process would be. He always tells me the next step in the treatment and being very careful during the whole process . Dr. Nicolai is an amazing professional. I suffered a back injury some two months ago and, which left me pretty much paralyzed for a few days. The pain was excruciating and I was growing really desperate, as I thought I would be suffering forever from it. Thanks to Dr. Nicolai's care and support, I'm able to walk fairly well and, every week I've visited him, I've noticed gradual improvement. What's more, however, Dr. Nicolai has taken his time to explain my condition, offer an assessment as to whether chiropractic care might be a good fit for me, and go through the basic steps to protect my back from further injury.
