My experience with Dr. Paul Wallace and the office visit was surreal. I felt like they cared about me. I honestly felt like a VIP. The doctor gave me a complete tour of the office because it felt like a Studio instead of a doctor's office. Everyone was very personal. My medical issue was diagnosed correctly and provided a written and verbal explanation. I have never given a review like this ever. I am a customer service type of person and always expect good customer service. This is the reason I wrote the review is that I have written reviews for so-so service. It is very refreshing to get this type of treatment on my first visit.
