Are you seeking support to overcome anger, sadness, anxiety, or hopelessness? Struggling to connect with loved ones? Do you need help navigating the unique challenges of military life and/or service? Putting yourself first can be hard sometimes, but we all need a safe space to feel. I’m here to help and dedicated to providing compassionate and empowering therapy as you navigate the effects of trauma, burnout, and/or everyday stressors. I have over 10 years of experience in mental health and have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices, such as CBT and EMDR. We will use a client-centered approach to identify and achieve your personal goals. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for military professionals, veterans, first responders, and their families to explore the complexities of the healing process. Together, we can overcome your individual trials to achieve your highest possible quality of life.
