Thank you for your interest in our practice. Please note that Dr. Sohan R. Varma is a PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN & INTERNIST (PCP) and not a SPECIALIST.
PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO BOOKING ON ZOCDOC TO CHECK IF YOUR INSURANCE IS IN NETWORK AND VERIFY ELIGIBILITY/BENEFITS FOR THE VISIT.

WE HAVE A STRICT NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY!
*A Credit Card on File is required within 24 hours of the appointment if you use insurance policy for benefits. We will not charge your card unless there's a claim balance (copay/deductible due) and there . We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you fail to provide a credit card on file promptly.
*Cancellations must be made WITHIN 24 HOURS from the APPOINTMENT BOOKING TIME; otherwise, the patient may incur a $75 FEE charged to the credit card on file.
*If you booked an appointment by mistake, please cancel it on your end within 24 hours of booking time. Appointments that were not cancelled are subject to incur a no show fee of $75 charged on your card on file.

**If you are a new patient looking to refill controlled medications, our provider reserves the right to review prior health records, provide referral for accurate diagnosis and/or request a urine drug test prior to authorizing refills.
PER NEW DEA GUIDELINE AND TO STAY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW, IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN THE LAST YEAR - WE CANNOT FILL ANY CONTROL MEDICINE OVER THE TELEHEALTH/VIDEO VISIT.
We ask you to please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time for a timely check in. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, there is no guarantee you will be seen the same day (depending on schedule). You may have option to reschedule or wait until there is an opening during other fixed appointments or cancellations.
