We chose "Waterbrook" based on an image of a deer seeking refreshment at a clear and flowing brook. Like a deer following its instincts, we all thirst for relief, healing, and wholeness. At Waterbrook, we strive to hold space for individuals, couples, and families seeking wholeness, health and well-being, insights, understanding, self-acceptance, balance, resilience, and satisfying relationships. Our culturally informed practice understands the unique thirsts of the BIPOC community. As one of the premier mental health practices in Evergreen Park, Illinois, offering therapy for adults, teens, and children, Waterbrook is uniquely positioned to foster healthier individuals, families, and communities. Our blend of cultural competence and intensive clinical training allows us to treat a variety of mental health challenges utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches when addressing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Since opening our doors to our first clients in 2013, Waterbrook has become a top-rated therapy practice in Chicagoland.
