Have been dealing with a tooth that I was advised by a dentist needed to be extracted 3 years ago. Have been putting it off. When I did contact the referral oral surgeon, I was devastated by the cost. This doctor did not take insurance and neither did my insurance provider. After much decision making located Dr Moates/Waterside Dental and booked an appointment. Was able to get in within 2 days and they accepted my insurance. I am not one to jump around with dentists as I've been seeing present Doctor for over 15 years so know I was hesitant to try another one. However, due to several recent issues starting to develop with this loose tooth, decided it was time. I am going to share one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dentist, staff and procedure. Very patient, caring understanding of my reluctance and apprehension. Dr Moates immediately reassured me this would only take a minute. He was right Do yourself a favor. Make your appointment today.
