Wave Of Hope Therapy
Hi, I’m Lindsey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am also an adoptee. I haven't always been a therapist, but ever since I started my journey of 'coming out of the fog', I knew being a therapist and working with adoptees was my calling. I am dedicated to helping not only adoptees, but biological parents, adoptive parents, NPE's (non-parent events) and donor-conceived individuals navigate the complex feelings, relationships, struggles and joys that can come up.
Along this journey, I have also found a love and passion for working with people with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues whether that be couples conflict or family conflict. I also work with people experiencing grief, women's issues, or struggles with life transitions.
I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgemental space where we will absolutely roll up our sleeves to work through the challenges and life transitions that brought you here however, I also believe therapy should be a place where we celebrate the good as well. I’m a firm believer that healing isn’t just about 'fixing what’s broken'—it’s about nurturing your resilience and making more room for the good stuff in life. Let’s work together to find that balance.
