Dr. Seyam was excellent and knowledgeable. He prioritized answering all my questions putting me at ease. He’s a great listener and made me comfortable in expressing any of my concerns and eye care goals. The whole experience was extremely efficient and quick appointment; and there were multiple patients there. The staff were great—went over insurance coverage, provided available services in addition to what I booked, very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his service.

Dr. Ramy is absolutely top notch in terms of communication and concern. There is no rushing whatsoever, and I came out of both appointments having learned more than expected, and more than my questions had even elicited. He is so patient focused that it's easy to forget you're at a business establishment. Ditto for the staff.

Dr. Ramy Seyam, OD, was a pleasure to work with. He didn't berate me for not having been to an optometrist in 15 years, and was honest and kind the entire appointment. He answered all my questions and showed me the results of the tests. He prescribed drops for my eyes to address a looming problem and booked a follow-up appointment in just a few days to make sure the drops were working. His assistant, Eliana, was warm and personable, and made me feel seen! I will definitely be returning, and will recommend Wayne EyeCare to all my friends! Thank you!

Excellent and very professional service. I strongly recommend Dr. Ramy Seyam. He is the best eye doctor I have ever had. Not only he devoted his time examining my eyes and answering all of the questions I had, but he outstandingly went beyond with the care I received throughout out my visit. Honestly, what I really liked about the service is that he is very professional, helped me understand my condition is simple terms, and was very generous in helping my cousin fix her glasses even though she did not have an appt or insurance approved. I love and will definitely go back to him. I strongly and extremely recommend him.

Dr. Rami was courteous professional and very attentive especially with my younger son's needs. He took his time and it no point did we feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor. I traveled all the way from Rockland County based upon a friend's recommendation and it was well worth the trip.
