Waypoint Psychiatry is a telehealth psychiatric practice serving patients throughout New York. We provide compassionate, evidence-based medication management for adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. Our goal is to provide timely, personalized care in a supportive, judgment-free environment with convenient evening and weekend appointments. We are currently accepting new patients and accept most major commercial insurance plans.

Very robotic, no introduction when the video call started. I’m not sure she even knew my name. She sounded like she was reading a script the entire time.

She was so empathetic. I was so embarrassed by all the crying I was doing and she assured me this was normal and it was ok to do so because of what I’ve been going through. She was very patient and explained what the treatment plan was going to be. I’m excited to see her for our follow up.

I had a good first meeting and was able to talk about important details regarding my concerns and how I’d want it addressed. Compared to my experiences elsewhere, I felt more comfortable sharing my history and experience to my assigned NP and we were able to start a treatment plan suited for me. Hoping to see progress in the next coming weeks.

This is the first time my husband and I seek the marriage counseling, and didn't expect Dr Danielle provide her professional advice without any bias, she pointed our key issue after listening what I have been through these years, and make me feel this is the first time my voice is truly heard, after talking with Dr Danielle, my husband told me he wish we had done this together earlier.

Danielle seemed nice enough but never turned on her camera, which put me off to the visit, and also prescribed medication right away with only the first consultation. It didn’t sit well with me. I’ll be switching providers.

Mrs. Overton’s patience and calmness gave me stable support and power when I had emotional breakdown. She is clear, straight forward and professional on the treatment plan and what you really need. I’m expecting for my following therapy with her.
