I only have amazing things to say about this office. There was a short wait which was justified after I saw how thoroughly they examined my teeth. The hygenist and doctor were able to tell me information that multiple dentists before had failed to notice and the treatment plan was thoroughly explained without any pushing to sell as most offices do. Definitely a trustworthy office.

The doctor and all the employees there were really nice, but the time they made me wait was ridiculous over 1 hour, and previously, my appointment they called me at least 5 times to make sure I was on time, and they were extremely late over 1 hour of waiting.

Good place but the price without insurance for standard operations is considerably higher than other places. If I didn't need something immediately, I would absolutely go elsewhere.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this DDS. I arrived with an emergency visit at 9:30am that required his attention and instead was disregarded. Waited 35 mins. To be told that i could only be seen after 12pm. The front desk informed me that my insurance was capped out but i informed her that i was willing to pay cash as long as i would be seen for my visit. The lady was not helpful or understanding but was so gracious enough to allow 2 other ppl to be seen by the DDS whom arrived after me. To add injury to insult, didnt receive a courtesy call in advance to let me know about my insurance or the doctor’s availability therefore, This place should be overlooked as the service is extremely poor.

Dr. Bradford is quite nice and professional. Both regular clearning and deep cleaning are great experiences as I hardly feel any pain during the procedure.

Dr Brad is the BEST! Not only did he take care of my specific need, he also followed up on my overall status and really advised me on further treatment. He really knows what he's talking about and he has such a pleasant approach, in addition to doing precision work.
