My only issue is the address that Zocdoc has isn’t the address for the provider. Dr. He took her time with me and even though she had a lot of patients, I didn’t feel rushed. She took her time to understand what my problem was and possible ways to rectify it.

First expect to wait over a hour for your appointment at minimum. Second I was forgotten in my room multiple times for over a hour. Not to mention the staff is not organized at all.

Procedure was completed without any problems as the doctor reassured me and apologized for any discomfort she may have caused, assistant was friendly during the prep for the procedure as well as post procedures. The effect of both doctor and assistant put me at ease from beginning to end of my time in the procedure room.

Dr He is such a lovely doctor and really does care about all her patients. I went in for spinal injections today and I can say everything went smoothly and I was not in any pain while being awake.
