Dr. Scotti did a same day urgent video visit even though i am not a patient of his, and he was thorough and kind and prescribed medication that helped! Great experience!

He spent time with me to understand the pain that I was experiencing and offered a number of reasonable suggestions for relief. Very nice “bedside manner”!

Outstanding experience starting with friendly front desk, short wait to see the PA, taken to exam room by a knowledgeable Medical Assistant, vitals taken & then greeted PA Scotti, who understood my Issue& took time to examine me, lab tests ordered, and I was treated by all with respect and professionalism. Very fortunate to have this facility on the East End!

As my doctor was not available and I’d tested positive for COVID, I met online with Mr. Scotti who was focused, helpful, thorough and offered me the precise care and information I needed. Highly recommend.
