My dental experience was excellent. All the staff were warm and welcoming. Dr. Keck, Mary and Johanna did a great job explaining what they were doing and why and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout my dental visit.

As a surgeon, my expectations for efficiency are high. I scheduled and confirmed an appointment. Then was notified, just before the appointment, that it had been postponed to the next day and at another office. I was being seen for a loose crown on an implant abutment. I had no discomfort.
I was seen by a technician and then, for a short period, by the dentist. I was then asked to wait in reception. The receptionist then handed me a bid to re-fix the loose crown for a ridiculous amount and asked me to sign the bid. She asked if this had been discussed with me. It had not. Both the technician and the dentist had vacated the office. I signed the bid but added N/A since it had not been discussed or agreed upon. I did receive a voice mail from someone I could not understand.
I have scheduled with another dentist. I will not return to this office. A rather disappointing and insulting experience.

I called at the last minute, asking for help and assistance. They found an appointment to for me right away. The professionalism, customer service and efficiency was very impressive.
For me, it’s not what you do as a service, it’s how you get that service done. The Doctor was patient and took time to explained the potential process and options.
This experience has made me consider leaving current Dentist office , who I have been with last 10 years, after moving here to florida. Extremely impressed .

Dr Keck and her assistant Mary were absolutely wonderful. They told me what to expect, where professional and to the point. I was nervous at first since this was my first visit with them but will never be again. After treatment my mouth felt normal again within an hour. My go to dentist!

My experience in this office was one of a kind! The office was beautiful I felt comfortable immediately looking out on the water. The ladies in the front were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable! My x-rays were done quickly and gently! The Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly and efficiently! Dr. keck was so gentle! The Hygienist OMG my teeth have never felt so clean!!
