The reception at the front desk was very dismissive. As I arrived and as I was trying to make her aware the purpose of my visit, she was busy do something else which did not involve me, not to inconvenience her I sat down and waited.

From beginning of my appointment to the end everything was great. The staff were knowledgable, friendly and personable but professional. Dr. Burner was amazing. She took the time to first listen to my problem, then explained everything and made sure I understood the treatment She was very reassuring and patient. I never felt rushed.
