The reception at the front desk was very dismissive. As I arrived and as I was trying to make her aware the purpose of my visit, she was busy do something else which did not involve me, not to inconvenience her I sat down and waited.

A truely fantastic experience I had such a wonderful experience at Weinstien Eye Associates! The atmosphere was so positive from the moment I walked in the door. The staff immediately greeted me and were eager to help, especially when it came to picking out new frames. They made the process fun and easy. The doctor was very professional and apologized for the short waiting time. He listened to my concern and asked several follow up questions to clarify and gave me peace of mind. No unnecesary medications were prescribed. Unfortunately, the office had called me 3 minutes before I arrived to tell me that I actually didn't have a confirmed appointment since I used Zocdoc to book the appointment. That it was just a "request" and that they don't check Zocdoc frequently. After I assertively asked to be seen, they agreed to see me when showed up to the office.
