Shannon has a remarkable ability to ask the right questions at the right time, helping me uncover patterns I didn’t even realize were there. Their insight, compassion, and grounded guidance have helped me grow in ways I never imagined possible. I’ve learned how to set boundaries, express my needs, and reconnect with parts of myself I had shut away.

Tara is great, I know there is a journey ahead and a lot to unpack, but she is very easy to communicate with, she approaches things with an unbiased perspective, she provides insight and solid advice. I can tell she isn’t someone who leaves a stone unturned. I look forward to future appointments. I have never done therapy before and she made it easy, made me feel heard, and provided useful information to be implemented in day to day life.
