Dr. Brausen was born and raised in Pierz, (a small town in central Minnesota). He graduated from the University of Minnesota at Morris, where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. While going to college, he injured his low back. After going to various health care providers, he began seeing a chiropractor. Within a few visits his back pain was gone. Upon graduating from Morris, enrolled at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. While at NWCC, he completed a wide array of coursework, including elective courses in acupuncture. Other areas of chiropractic he finds particularly interesting are whiplash trauma, sports chiropractic and spinal rehabilitation. Dr. Brausen is the chiropractor in Sister Rosalind's St. Paul and Burnsville clinics. Dr. Brausen has been working with Sister Rosalind for over 20 years.

I have been going to chiropractors my whole life, but ever since a major car accident in 2022 I have been in severe pain. As soon as Dr. Kurt adjusted my neck I literally cried on the table from the relief I felt. I was blown out of the water!!! I have NEVER felt relief like that from even my favorite chiropractors in the past.. Even one who works for the NFL! I would give ten stars if I could! Thank you so much. Can't wait to go back!
