Before finding Dr. Kanthala, I had already been to the ER four times and seen another primary care doctor. The difference between those experiences and my time with him is night and day. Where others made me feel like just another patient to move through quickly, he truly saw me as a person who was hurting. I originally scheduled my appointment for one specific issue, but he took the time to look beyond that. He reviewed my intake form and focused on what I needed, not just for the immediate concern, but for the ongoing issues I’ve been dealing with for nearly 10 years. He isn’t there to push treatments or just manage symptoms. Instead, he helped identify long-standing problems and worked with me to create a plan to actually address them, rather than simply masking them with medication. By the end, I felt seen, heard, validated, and hopeful. I truly believe that if I had found him sooner, my health would be in a much better place today. I’m deeply grateful for his care and time.

Dr. K is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest, which I really appreciate. She explained everything in a way that made sense and made sure I understood, and I loved that. My visit was virtual and it went really smoothly. I felt comfortable talking through everything with her, and she really listened. She wasn’t dismissive at all, which honestly is rare in the medical field. I feel good about the plan we put together and confident that I can reach out to her if I need to. I also like that she offers both virtual and in-office visits—it gives a lot of flexibility. Dr. K rocks!

Dr. K rocks! She didn't make me feel silly or unreasonable for any of the things I wanted to discuss. Dr. K wasn't dismissive, which tends to be rare in the medical field. I feel secure in my plan and in my ability to contact her going forward. The virtual appointment was very smooth, and she has the flexibility to do both in office and virtual, which I appreciate.
