I so appreciated being able to get an appointment with Karen, as opposed to waiting at an urgent care. Thank you for keeping some "sick appointments" available on the daily schedule. With the combination of having an onsite lab and MyChart- this was an incredible experience. Dr N Patel was a great listener, open minded and empathic. As we discussed my medical history was understanding an empathetic. Even before I left the exam room. I texted my husband that she was so nice and listened to me. She’s really that good.
