I highly recommend Dr. Kumar and her office staff. My health issues required a recent hospital stay. I was apprehensive about follow-up. I chose Dr. Kumar after researching her credentials and reading reviews. The check-in process was quick and efficient. My wait time was very brief. Dr. Kumar's assistant Wanda made sure that I felt relaxed and well cared for.
Dr. Kumar has an excellent bedside manner. She listened carefully, offered more than one intervention, and made sure that I understood her reasoning. I certainly felt heard and respected for my concerns. I was able to participate in the decision making process for treatment. Scheduling follow up procedures was also quick and efficient. Multiple contact opportunities are in place to be sure that I fully understand instructions and to address any questions. I feel very confident going forward with Dr. Kumar in my health journey.
