The doctor was kind which I appreciated. I just did not feel like she was listening to me which left my issue unresolved due to negligence. It was as if she was ready to speak before I could finish expressing my concerns, a bit all over the place. I don’t think it was intentional. However, I need another appointment now due to my symptoms worsening, hopefully with someone of better help.
My doctor was very nice, but was hard to follow in conversation. I didn't feel heard, and felt like our conversation went in circles a bit. The doctor was very nice though and kind--I felt safe.

The building and office truly need a renovation. Staff at the front desk were not professional. Lots of talking with one another and putting a new patient who was trying to check in between a conversation of who was to check me in. Not a very clean environment. The doctor I met was extremely good, absolutely no complaints with her, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she took her time with me. Highly recommend Dr. M. Patel- she was awesome!

I am very glad I chose Dr. Patel for my primary care doctor. She was very friendly & made me feel comfortable (which is a rare thing for me) She was blunt, honest & quick. I appreciate those qualities in a doctor. It's also a plus that everyone from the receptionist, nurse & check out staff was welcoming & friendly as well! I definitely recommend this doctor.

Awesome doctor, explains situations very well, and comes up with a plan to help your situation. Doesn’t Rush through the appointment like some doctors. Actually get to know you and your issues and how she can help. Explains her plan, for example in taking medication, why it’s important, why it’s needed in your body and what it will help accomplish. Doesn’t just say take two pills once a day and I will see you in 2 Months. If you want a doctor who makes you feel like they care and I suggest you book an appointment with her.
