Dr. Chang is very nice, but didn’t seem to want to go out of the way to get to the root of my problem. I have extensive itching and histamine symptoms that I sought treatment for. She just referred me out to a neurologist and said I had dry skin. ??

I drove 40 minutes to go get allergy tested. When I arrived, the woman working the front desk said she tried to call me “millions of times” to tell me that the doctor is only doing virtual visits. I had only one missed call from them that I had tried to return and didn’t get through a couple of days before my appointment. They left no voicemail (my voicemail box is not full). I went along with the virtual appointment so it hopefully wouldn’t be a complete waste of time (spoiler alert- it was) and it took the doctor 15 minutes just to get connected. When she finally did, she couldn’t figure out how to unmute herself or turn her camera on so she called my cell number. She offered no help besides naming a few moisturizers that she likes and told me that it seemed like my problem was clearing up so no treatment is necessary. This is a recurring problem and I told her that. Overall just extremely unprofessional and incompetent, from the staff to the doctor herself. Huge waste of time.

Our appointment was seamless. Didn’t have to wait long and was able to get the help my son needed. It was a great experience . So glad we found Wellstar East cobb allergy and asthma. Convenient location and the doctor was very kind and knowledgeable and so helpful.

Dr. Chiang was very informative and confident when it came to helping me with my sudden condition. She was willing to let me keep in touch with her in case my condition worsened so we could come up with a different treatment plan. I truly appreciate her expertise and guidance, especially when it came to medications (like what is good or bad for my condition and if it'll be good or bad for me in the long term). I truly appreciate Dr. Chiang, so far her and the nurses have been nothing but amazing, kind, and honest. No offense but I hope my condition gets better so I don't have to come back BUT if i must, I'll be coming back for Dr. Chiang!

The front staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The front desk staff was friendly, I was checked in promptly and waited less than 5 minutes to be taken to an exam room. Within 10 minutes, Dr. Chiang arrived. She took the time to listen to my symptoms, asked lots of questions, answered my questions, and came up with a treatment plan. She encouraged me to send her a message if I needed further information or didn't see any improvement of my symptoms. She was very thorough, professional and helpful.

- She was very understanding and was able to diagnose what treatment I needed for my sinus issues. Not only that, but she gave me a clear explanation as to why I had the problem in the first place as well as many tips on how to prevent it again. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chiang to anyone who wants a good doctor!

Dr.Chaing to me spent more time advising me not get an allergy test then listening to my concerns. I advised her I’ve spent my life fighting allergic reactions and what she advised me was to take a Zyrtec on a regular bases. But doing testing was a waste of time because I didn’t have any life threatening reactions. I was highly offended that she referenced multiple times that allergy testing was an additional cost. It took me over an hour to be seen and she spent 15 minutes talking out of testing and have a good day.

Dr. Chiang was very detailed, listened carefully to everything I said, and suggested a new therapy for me I haven't heard about (and went out of her way to help find me a coupon for the medication and provided me a sample). Cathy was also just lovely! Made the allergy testing a little less uncomfortable.
