Dr. Bowles was very quiet and not as personable as we normally like in our physician. He answered our questions, was polite but did not offer much other than that to build a new relationship and confidence. No labs were done for our son's annual appoint which was surprising to me. He also asked me to leave the room with him and our 16-year-old with no one else in the room. I thought it was protocol and procedure to have someone in the room with a Dr. Nonetheless this was concerning to me as a mother. We will look for another primary care Dr. for our boys.

Had to provide if and insurance after uploading 3 times online.
There was a mix up With Zocdoc confusing my Son’s file with mine. In attempting to understand how it happened the staff was condescending and distanced themselves from Zocdoc declaring it was my error which I later found it was not my doing. My concern is that my Son’s medical information was made accessible to me though he is an adult. I was not permitted to voice my concern to the desk and was spoken over in a condescending manner when I attempted to respond to statements the young lady made to me.

I had a fantastic experience visiting this office while I was out of town visiting family (aka, new doctor). The new patient check-in was super fast and everyone I interacted with from reception to medical assistant Alice were incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Hornsby had a great bedside manner and was incredible in addressing my concerns and providing follow-up information for me. I recommended the office to my family that I was visiting so they can get the same great experience I did, should they ever need a consultation!

Office staff was wonderful. Was seen right away. Did not care for this doctor's approach. I was immediately lectured about vaccinations (which was not the purpose of my appointment). I have read the vaccination studies. I am aware of the pros and cons, but besides that, trying to intimidate a patient you just met and don't even have the medical history for on hand is unprofessional. If you believe in a more holistic, alternative approach to health, see someone else.
