I went because of my BP medicine needed to be changed, the Doctor gave me a so-so response to my request. When the Meds were not working and I TRIED to get in contact with him via MyChart an RN responded a week later. Very unprofessional experience here.

My PCP retired last month and was looking at Dr. Niazi to potentially fill that position. I scheduled my appointment to come to her office, but tested positive for COVID 2 days prior. Her office manager was very friendly and change the appointment to a video consultation. I waited for 40 minutes before the doctor came on the chat room and was greeted very coldly. Pull up any of the information that I had sent via MyChart, and after five minutes of speaking she asked why I was even calling. She was very difficult to My PCP retired last month and was looking at Dr. Niazi to potentially fill that position. I scheduled my appointment to come to her office, but tested positive for COVID 2 days prior. Her office manager was very friendly and change the appointment to a video consultation. I waited for 40 minutes before the doctor came on the chat room and was greeted very coldly. Pull up any of the information that I had sent via MyChart, and after five minutes of speaking she asked why I was even calling. She was very difficult to understand mainly because she was wearing a mask on a video consultation which I found strange. I am the primary caregiver to my mother who has severe dementia. My previous PCP treated me for depression and anxiety. Dr. Niazi told me that I needed to see a psychiatrist and then she would not help me with any of my prescriptions. She also said that I needed immediately to go to the ER for elevated blood pressure. My blood pressure was only high because of her. NEVER AGAIN! mainly because she was wearing a mask on a video consultation which I found strange. I am the primary??? caregiver to my mother who has severe dementia. My previous PCP treated me for depression and anxiety. Dr. Niazi told me that I needed to see a psychiatrist and thAT she would not help me with any of my prescriptions. She also said that I needed immediately to go to the ER for elevated blood pressure. I sat there stunned by her attitude and SHE disconnected.
