Dr. Francis is great, excellent 'bedside' manner. I feel comfortable addressing any and all of questions with her, I'm confident she provides me with what I need... I cannot say that about every physician I've come into contact with. I've been a patient of hers for years and will continue to see her for as long as she's in practice, she's the best!

My experience was very excellent today. Everyone was very professional as well as caring. This was my first time seeing my doctor and I was a little nervous, but she has a great bed side manner that made me feel welcome. Thank you all so much.

Dr. Francis has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is also my daughter's doctor. I trust her explicitly. She's patient, she listens, she's caring. We need more doctors at WellStar like her.

With the exception of Dr. Francis being in such high demand because she is so great, I have no complaints. Dr. Francis' bedside manner is perfection - professional and caring at the same time. I always feel seen and heard by her. And that sentiment goes for the team as well. Everyone seems invested in the patients.

Colette was absolutely awesome and she deserves an absolute raise and I want to see her every time I go to the practice. I really enjoyed my experience with Whitney. She was patient with me. She listened to my concerns. And I just, she listened to the fact that I have a reoccurrence of the issue that I was there for, and she prescribed medicine to me accordingly. And I just appreciate that because I've visited doctors for years about the same issue and they treat me. However, they're not sensitive to the fact that because of my condition, I'm going to have to come back. So I just appreciated her doing something like giving me a refill and not having to come back to the office as soon as I usually would have to. So I appreciate that. And the front desk ladies were, they were excellent and friendly.

Everyone was nice at my visit today. From the front desk, Karen, the tech(I think her name was Kay), the young lady who checked me out and scheduled my next appt was very personable. My lab visit was quick! My appt with the provider, Dawn was good. I feel like she listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rush. As a patient, it reassures me when I am meet with care and compassion during my visit.

Nurse Dawn Paul is the best practitioner I ever ran across. This is my second pregnancy where I had the pleasure to go visit her at her clinic in WorldStar. She always makes me feel great. Last time she noticed my baby was in distress and sent me to get induced, so I'm very trustworthy of her. I feel like she is just a jewel, and I just wanted to leave this message to let y'all know she's the best. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this visit with Ashley. I've never had a visit where someone was in and out on time, very efficient, very knowledgeable, communicated very well, addressed my concerns. So I definitely will make Ashley my primary OBGYN provider. She was excellent. Her staff was too, all the people in the office, but Ashley started on time. She came in, addressed my issue quickly, got my prescription in and everything. So definitely I would recommend her to anyone.

The nurse assistant, Brittany, was wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable. She had me laughing while also listening to my medical concerns. I had never met Ashley, my NP, but really loved her! I had a ton of questions, & she never made me feel rushed at all! I was provided with great care & will continue referring people to South Cobb OB/GYN!
