I have some weird insurance that not even I know how to use lol, but they helped me figure it out. The Dr. Cox was direct and professional. Communicated clearly about where my numbers should be vs. where they are. They were good by the way lol. He also gave me a plain to keep them good. All in all, a great visit. Also labs were done there, so no having to leave and pay another co-pay at another somewhere else.

Dr. Cox's manner and temperament were spot on. He was efficient and he listened to my concerns. Made a couple of referrals, I look forward to good medical care. This was my first visit. The facility and staff were all good. It was a pleasant experience.

This was the best experience I've ever had in a doctor's office! The front staff were SO nice and helped me check in, and the wait time before going to the office was less than 10 minutes. All of the staff were very helpful, and provided me with answers and paperwork on everything I needed. The nurse practitioner I saw listened to everything I had to say, and offered recommendations or help on everything. 10/10 would send my entire family here! Thank you so much!

Great customer service as soon as I walked through the door. The ladies upfront were friendly and efficient. I was called back within 10 minutes and greeted by more friendly staff with great customer service. The NP entered in less than 10 minutes and had great bedside manner. The lab professional was also excellent and greeted me smiling. It was a thorough appointment and I was able to voice concerns and be heard. I really plan on using them as a primary if they have room for new patients. This visit was super impressive. The staff was a great team!! Glad I found them on the Zocdoc app! 10 out of 10
