Excellent welcome n clear check-in instructions on the kiosks. I was able to see something 5 minutes. I was checked n diagnosed in16 minutes. I left feeling like I would survive.

I booked my appointment online, but it did not coincide with the OnStar through ZOCDOC they said it no longer works, but I had no way of knowing so I had to wait over an hour and there were not many patients at the time.
After my experience, I will not return back but the physician there is awesome

Was told to sign in on Kiosk. Kiosk didn’t work. Was told to sit down and they would call me to sign me in ( someone was in training). Nothing happened for 45 mins. No one else was there to sign in. I finally asked if they were backed up and was told they only had one Doc & they would let me know. Eventually was asked for my insurance card, ID etc. I have been to Wellstar about half a dozen times. Did not get a welcoming feeling. The nurse, Katy, was great , professional but friendly. The Doctor was rushed. Was in the room about 3 minutes. He did listen though and prescribed the necessary meds. I’m an RN so maybe that’s why the Doc was in. & out so quickly.

The receptionist, nurse and doctor were so nice, helpful and thorough. The doctor had compassion and concern for my situation and was a great listener. I felt “heard” and “seen” plus I got a referral to a specialist.

Well Star at Avalon. Check in is easy. Friendly staff. Very little wait time. Nurse and doctor very personal. Explained what tests they were going to do and why. Explained the results. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The Zocdoc app did not register my appointment to Well Star. Luckily I was their first patient and they signed me in and was seen within 10 minutes. Very nice staff. I love Well Star ????????

I wouldn't recommend the doctor I saw to anyone. horrible experience. He did nothing for me and actually told me I should find a doctor who has time to listen to my problems. His next choice of words was, "I'm going about my medical issues,"a"backward, "which I find that very unprofessional to tell someone seeking help

Oh my gosh I was so scared because I had tested positive at home for Covid. I hadn’t slept in over seven days and I was just feeling horrible. I was all alone with my little service dog because My Husband wasn’t able to bring me over.
From the moment I walked in everybody was so gracious and so helpful, and made me feel so safe. I cannot think this group of medical professionals enough! In my eyes, they saved my life!
Dr. Reddy was so gracious and thorough and they see so many people every single day but she listen to every single word I said ????
They had written down all my complaint that I wrote down in my initial visit that I had completely forgotten because I was so frightened and not feeling well. But she read everything remembered everything and gave me two shots that I was so afraid of and right away, I started to feel better. I was able to talk and catch my breath.
Testing positive for Covid is so scary, they walked me through everything and they couldn’t have been more caring

I booked an appointment and was welcomed quickly and efficiently when I arrived. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been to this location a few times. Always professional. (I would highly recommend an appointment if possible. Based on other urgent care places, sometimes it gets really busy)

Had an appointment yet still waited over two hours. We could have been in and out in 10 minutes which is how long it took once doctor walked in to when we walked out. They need a way to handle quick appointments. Total disaster. Short staffed. No urgency.
