This is my second visit. I'm totally pleased. From the reception, nurse and doctor, all were pleasant engaging and listened to my issue. The doctor stated his findings, his reccomendation and advised me what he would prescribe.
This team were as professional as I could expect. I highly recommend them.

Short wait probably because it was an early morning appointment. Friendly staff. Did not feel rushed by NP. Provided care instructipns clearly. Provided a referal for further care by a specialist.

I saw Chris the first time and had to go back for antibiotics and saw Dr Patel. Both were very nice and have great bedside manners. I made an appointment online and was in and out in 45 minutes both times.

Zocdoc has issues. Booked appointment at Cooper Lake location, received numerous confirmation emails for Cooper Lake location, but when I arrived was told I had actually made an appointment at Walmart location. Staff admitted problems with platform communications. You need to correct it. Luckily for me it was not busy.

The NP, Veronica, had no bedside manner. She just walked into the room & did not introduce herself, It felt very rushed & she seemed quite matter of fact & uninterested in me as a patient. I provided my own diagnosis, she confirmed it, and asked if I had HBP…. If she had read my chart, she would have clearly known the answer. As a Wellstar patient, I have not experienced such “cold” care by a provider & it’s very disappointing. Veronica made my experience feel more like I was a widget on the assembly line, rather than a valued patient and then she was on to the next. As an urgent care provider, she should incorporate care, empathy, & at least pretend she’s interested in the patient as a person.

Booked an appointment for 9:15am and only two other people were waiting when I arrived, one had just got there. After waiting an hour after my appointment and neither of us being seen, I left. The front desk mentioned that even with an appointment with walk ins i have to wait but looks like they must not have had anyone working to take anyone. Don’t waste your time book elsewhere

Good experience, except they did not record of my appointment because it was booked through Zocdoc rather than Wellstar Walk In Clinic. It took them a few minutes to find the record of my appointment.

This office had three appointments listed on ZocDoc. I drove half an hour to get to this office. When I arrived at the office, they said that a ZocDoc appointment was considered a walk-in and therefore I would have to wait for 3 hours to see someone. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. If they know that ZocDoc appointments are walk-ins, they should clearly indicate this or remove the option to make an appointment via ZocDoc.

Its pointless to make a reservation on zocdoc because the office had no idea it was made. they said there was 0 integration, so I basically wasted my time using your app, and i STILL had to wait over an hour to be seen.
Waste of my time, if you ask me.
