I was the first appointment as soon as the building opened. I waited for over an hour, and other people were seen before me. I had checked in and even paid my co-pay, so it's not like they didn't know I was there. I was completely furious! I don't know how you can mess up an appointment when I'm the only person there for 30min or more. I brought this up to the front desk woman, who said she'd grab someone but never apologized for them even skipping over me. I ended up waiting another 15 min to be seen after the other patient had taken my spot and already gotten taken care of. Completely disrespectful and sloppy organization.
