I'm not sure they realized I called in for an appointment, so I waited about an hour, then there was an emergency so I waited a while after I was admitted to a room; however, it was not their fault with the emergency, so I was fine with that. They were apologetic and very nice about it.

NEVER going back to this location. After sitting an hour past our appointment, we were told the appointment didn’t “come through”, even though I had a text and email evidencing it. Another hour wait. The nurse who took us back was cruel and dismissive. She was asked to take the blood pressure in a difference place due to arm pain, but refused and did it anyway. VERY painful. She was dismissive of stated symptoms. The PA who treated was great. Very kind. Good listener.

I had to take my daughter to urgent care on Christmas Day. They got us in within 30 minutes. They had to do an x-ray and flu/covid test. The staff was very friendly. We got in and out in 2 hours. They called in her prescriptions to a 24 hr CVS, which was 20 minutes away and CVS had them ready for pick up once we got there.

I had been struggling with abdominal pain for a while. After a few disappointing visits to other medical practitioners, I was finally able to get an accurate diagnosis by Dr. Smart. Feeling seen AND heard by Dr. Smart and his staff was such a relief. He listened intently while I described my symptoms and expressed my concerns and I sincerely appreciate that.
