Wendover Primary Care Clinic
A calm and composed physician, Dr. Rene Anikwue's focus is in the field of primary care. Dr. Anikwue started his pursuit of medicine at The Johns Hopkins University for undergraduate and then at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina for his medical degree. He completed his internship in General Surgery from SUNY-Syracuse. He then started his surgical training at the County Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. However, he did not finish his surgical training in Phoenix. Thus Dr Anikwue's background is a little different than the normal primary care physician. He has been working in the fields of primary care and occupational medicine for 10 years. Dr. Anikwue brings a different perspective in his treatment approach. He is licensed in AZ and NC. He is available for all primary medical care services and some mental health services. Appointments are available 5 days a week. Same day appointments please call to check availability. We accept most major plans. Self pay patients are welcome. Athough we are a small independent practice, providing affordable health care is our goal.
