Wendy Levy, PsyD Clinical Psychologist LLC

Many of our pitfalls, our “relapses” in behavior, are related to maladaptive patterns with family or intimate partners. Our work in therapy is to understand these patterns and learn how to change them. If depression is dwelling in the past, and anxiety is living in the future, our therapeutic goal is to live in the present, towards a more authentic and mindful reality. As a clinical psychologist trained in a variety of modalities, I believe one matches treatment to the client’s individual issues and personality. I see my role of therapist as a guide in a joint venture. We draft and work towards your goals, be they towards recovery or self-growth. REGARDING PAYMENT AND INSURANCE Dr. Levy is not an in-network provider for medical insurance. Please note that many health insurance plans will reimburse the insured individual for some portion of the out-of-network outpatient psychotherapy fee. To determine the extent of your particular coverage, please read your health insurance contract carefully and call the benefits department at your insurer directly. You may want to contact your insurance company and ask the following questions: Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy (procedure code 90834, 90837)? If yes, continue below: “What is my deductible?” “What percentage of the fee is reimbursable?” “Is there a maximum number of sessions covered per year?” “Do sessions require prior authorization?
