ZOCDOC ADDRESS SHOWS "A MALL", DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING LISTING "WHERE TO GO". I WENT TO THREE VISION PLACES IN THE MALL. IF THEY WOULD OF SAID "TARGET" IT WOULD BE BETTER.

I was pretty disappointed with my visit. I specifically picked Dr. West because he had great reviews. I must have caught him on a bad day because he was very cold and clearly did not want to be there. I also made it very clear on a phone call prior to my appointment that I was self pay and only wanted the regular exam and not the retinal imaging which is extra. The visit started out by Dr West instructing me to sit and place my head in 3 different machines not explaining what any of them are so I was unable to decline(one of them being retinal imaging). He either was not informed by who I spoke to on the phone or ignored my request. Either way I was forced to pay extra despite me clearly stating what I wanted the appointment to be which was very disappointing and I felt taken advantage of. However Dr West seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions.

I had never been to a vision appointment before. Dr. West explained everything clearly and was able to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I also arrived early and was seen immediately. Excellent experience all the way around. The doctor and staff were all super friendly.
